Practice makes perfect

Today was a day that I began eager to practice, however, that eagerness did not seem to remain with me.  I had so many distractions: the television, the computer, and my cell phone.  I had to pull myself back each time.  I practiced on some high speeds, low speeds and some briefs and phrases.

What I practice with day is the Magnum Steno "Write Short-Write Fast" book.  It has been a great investment for school.  Today I learned to add "these" and "those" at the end of a phrase.  Allowing me to shorten my writing.  This is a book I recommend to anyone trying to write faster with better accuracy.
